The web is full of disgruntled employees slamming companies. I believe that one way to decide if I would do business with a company or person is to see what information that may be negative on court records. Good companies and good people won't have much in the way of lawsuits, judgements, liens, etc. I simply did a search of Rotomotion LLC, as well as Dennis D'Annunzio, the president of Rotomotion, LLC. I am posting the link to the Charleston County South Carolina court as well as the Berkeley County South Carolina court: http://www3.charlestoncounty.org/docs/CoC/news.html 1. Under Navigation Menu, select Circuit Court 2. Select "Accept" 3. Type Last and First name, which is D'Annunzio and Dennis or Rotomotion LLC. 4. Click and case number (in blue, and then there are tabs above with info on judgements, actions, liens, etc. For Berkeley County: http://www.berkeleycountysc.gov/dept/clerkcourt/
1. select "Dockets" at lower right hand under "Related Links" 2. Select "Accept" 3. Select "County Court Access" at upper left corner 4. Select "Public Case Search" 5. Select "Circuit Court" 6. Select "Accept" 7. Enter Rotomotion 8. Select "Search Public Index" 9. Case number in blue as before and more info on tabs.
